The Diract Voice Light is a complete, ultra-lightweight avalanche emergency set for weight-conscious individuals, featuring an innovative avalanche transceiver for off-piste adventures. The Diract Voice is a radio device with integrated voice navigation, combining intuitive operation with cutting-edge technology and a practical, thoughtful design. Operation is simplified with a single button and offers intuitive user guidance in stressful situations, thanks to clear symbols and a 360° real-time display. With the patented SMART ANTENNA technology, buried individuals can be located much faster with the Diract: the device analyzes its position in the avalanche and automatically switches to the best transmitting antenna. At Ortovox, this state-of-the-art 3-antenna technology is systematically employed, as is the automatic switching in the event of a secondary avalanche. In addition to the SEND and SEARCH modes, there is also a STANDBY mode to neutralize the signal during the search process. The special low-temperature battery is particularly durable and environmentally friendly, providing reliable power even at -20°C.

Weighing only 235 grams, the ALU 240 LIGHT is an incredibly lightweight avalanche transceiver that is ready for use in seconds, thanks to its quick-release strap and Quick-Lock mounting system. An optimized adjustment screw allows for quick tension readjustment. The large probe tip, which has a significantly larger diameter than the other elements, ensures better penetration. Additionally, the segments have been optimized, making the ALU 240 Light more compact and easier to fit into a bag.
