The Dermizax® NX membrane from Toray ensures wind and water resistance as well as breathability—it's the most powerful membrane used by Ortovox. For an optimal fit, even with a climbing harness, the hardshell jacket features a 2-way zipper. Under the arms, a 2-way zipper provides ventilation during strenuous ascents. Soft inserts made from a merino material blend at the chin and the 2-way adjustable, helmet-compatible storm hood offer comfort and protection in rain, snow, or icy conditions.
