To ensure that this athletic-cut ski touring jacket is particularly lightweight, elastic, and robust, Ortovox uses Merino Naturetec Light as the main material: It provides excellent breathability and elasticity while also being wind-resistant. The inside features Tasmanian merino wool, which offers great comfort and naturally regulates the climate. Technical inserts in the front area, made from a special three-layer warp knit material with a windproof membrane, protect against weather influences while remaining breathable. At the same time, air pockets in the fabric provide optimal insulation. For the sake of the environment, the jacket is PFC-free and climate-neutral.

The details are tailored for demanding tours in alpine terrain: The close-fitting hood protects the head from cooling and fits easily under a helmet. Ventilation zippers under the arms cool during strenuous ascents, while elastic sleeve cuffs keep drafts and snow out. The pockets are optimized for quick access while wearing a backpack.
