With the 150 Cool Logo Top W, Ortovox offers the ideal top for alpine activities on hot days. Made from 150 Merino Cool fabric, it is highly functional and sustainably cooling. The secret to its cooling effect lies in the blend of the two natural fibers, merino wool and Tencel. The Tencel fiber is derived from eucalyptus wood and is characterized by high fiber moisture content, significant evaporative cooling, and a smooth fiber surface. This has a cooling effect on your skin without the need for any added chemicals. Merino wool regulates body temperature, wicks moisture, and feels wonderfully soft. Therefore, it is comfortable to wear year-round. The material mix is robust and high-performance, thanks to an elaborate spinning process: the Beta-Spun technology refers to a manufacturing method in which fine polyamide filaments are spun around the merino wool and Tencel. The protective polyamide sheath makes the fabric extremely abrasion-resistant and durable—without losing the benefits of merino fibers and the cooling Tencel fiber. The 150 Cool Logo Top is the perfect companion for mountain tours on hot days.
