Ortlieb Seat-Pack QR

The Seat-Pack QR Seat-Lock from Ortlieb is a saddle bag for bikepacking. Bikepacking means that you pack a bike, put your luggage on it and set off, away from the road, longer or shorter. To do this, you need a lightweight, all-terrain bike and luggage - as well as a waterproof, compact bag for your luggage, such as the Seat-Pack QR: a waterproof saddle bag with a roll closure, a variable volume of up to 13 litres and a maximum load of five kilograms, which can be carried without a luggage rack. The PVC-free bag made from abrasion-resistant nylon fabric is sustainably manufactured in Germany. The bag is loaded from the top. Internal compressions ensure that your luggage is transported safely. A valve enables quick and easy compression for even more compactness, so that your economical packing is rewarded. The Seat-Pack QR also takes on the function of a mudguard, which you can save on. Thanks to its slim design, it won't get in the way when pedalling. A new fastening system, the Seat-Lock, enables the Seat-Pack QR (Quick Release) to be attached and removed in next to no time. This makes it easy to take it with you when you reach your destination within seconds. The bikepacking bag is attached exclusively to the seat post and under the saddle. It can be fitted to any bike with a fixed or lowerable telescopic seat post. With fixed seat posts, it is attached without fixed brackets. With a telescopic seat post (dropper post), a plastic clamp/sleeve is screwed onto the seat tube. Then there is the QR clamp, which is attached to the seat stays. Thanks to the Seat-Lock fastening and reinforcements, this bikepacking bag is absolutely stable, even on rough terrain or when pedalling.
