Prizm Inferno can be used proactively, for example before a descent, or reactively, such as after a fall. The rechargeable and replaceable high-performance battery is attached to the strap and is resistant to cold. Prizm Inferno is always combined with Prizm lens technology and is only available with the new Line Miner, a goggle featuring a cylindrical lens design that offers the best peripheral vision. It sits closer to the face than any other Oakley goggles, reduces pressure on the nose, and is highly compatible with helmets.
