The clipless Vibram sole Fort Augustus has been designed to enhance traction and braking with unparalleled grip on both wet and dry surfaces. The EVA midsole provides reduced weight and improved shock absorption. The thermo-welded layered construction offers maximum protection with less thickness and weight. The small TPU insert makes the shoes highly abrasion-resistant and protects against repeated impacts.

The dual closure system with Velcro and the SLW3 system controls the pressure over the instep to avoid unnecessary pressure points and overheating while riding. This combination works perfectly across the entire foot: the SLW3 rotary knob secures the shoes from the midfoot to the toes, while the Velcro strap fixes the upper foot area.

The upper material and tongue are reinforced with ripstop to increase durability and make the shoes wearable in all conditions. The tongue features thin padding that provides maximum comfort even on longer rides. The heel area is designed to conform to your heel to prevent slipping and ensure a precise fit at all times.
