North Charge Surfboard

Designed for surfing and kitesurfing, the Charge is a high-performance surfboard that glides smoothly and powerfully along the line, turns strongly in the wave, and releases when needed. It is a fast, dedicated surfboard with plenty of projection for a powerful vertical attack in big waves. The Charge is also ideal for carving, windsurfing, and landboarding, and is versatile enough for aerial tricks. Our Carbon Innegra Futurelite construction maximizes the board's strength without sacrificing flexibility or responsiveness, while the DualShock EVA inserts enhance durability and protect the board from heel dents. The new Charge, developed in 2023, improves responsiveness, speed, and ride quality. It offers an even softer and more powerful ride with a positive feel and more radical turns. Feedback from riders who have surfed some of the biggest waves in the world led us to slightly refine the shape to enhance handling at high speeds and performance in turns. We have moved the wide nose of the board slightly forward and increased the concave under the front foot. Additionally, we have designed the rounded surf rails deeper and more refined to give the board more grip when carving the wave face. Another new feature for 2023 is the two-part, non-slip grip made of thin rope with front and rear kicks for exceptional comfort and control.
