However, for those who want to wear the same outfit on frosty days as well as on mildly warm summer days, our functional set is an excellent choice. The unique fiber structure of merino wool insulates in the cold and cools in the heat. It provides ideal thermal regulation for the leg area on the ski slopes under ski pants or in summer under a softshell jacket. In both cases, the natural fiber offers optimal performance. The 200 g/m² weight covers a wide temperature range, keeping you warm in icy winter temperatures and lightly cooling in late spring as the first warm summer days arrive. In all scenarios, the pants feel soft against the skin and do not itch. No pinching, no chafing, no skin irritations. Flatlock seams, a gusset in the crotch, an elastic comfort waistband with a distinctive logo print as a subtle eye-catcher, and ergonomic cut are the foundation for a perfect first layer for climbing, speed hiking, trekking, or any movement-intensive activities. Excellent moisture management and temperature-regulating properties ensure comfortable wear.
