However, for those who want to wear the same outfit on frosty days as well as on lukewarm summer days, our functional set is an excellent choice. The unique fiber structure of merino wool insulates in cold weather and cools in heat. It provides ideal thermal regulation for the leg area on the ski slopes under ski pants or in summer under a softshell jacket. In both cases, optimal performance of the natural fiber is ensured. The 200 g/m² fabric weight covers a wide temperature range. It warms in icy winter temperatures and provides a slight cooling effect in late spring, as the first warm summer days arrive. In all scenarios, the pants feel soft against the skin and do not irritate. No pinching, no chafing, no skin irritations. Flatlock seams, a gusset in the crotch, an elastic comfort waistband with a distinctive logo print as a subtle eye-catcher, and ergonomic cut are the foundation for a perfect first layer for climbing, speed hiking, trekking, or any movement-intensive activities.
