The lightest, fastest and most stable supershoe ever developed for trail runners. The 005 features the technologies that define what trail running supershoe performance should feel like. Rather than simply transferring technological conventions from road running to the trail, Norda has developed an extremely responsive and stable shoe that is tailored to the specific demands of race day performance on the trail. Recommendation: Choose 1/2 size (US) larger than your normal size. Upper: The open mesh upper made from bio-dyneema and recycled material is incredibly robust and light as a feather. The woven pattern ensures maximum breathability and fast water drainage. Laces: The laces are 4 mm thick instead of 5 mm to save weight. They are made from Dyneema, which offers greater abrasion resistance and more stretch and is 4x as strong as a standard lace. 005 Fit-Lock System: The 005 has a proprietary Fit-Lock System designed specifically for race day. The heel collar features PODs that lock the foot in place, increase comfort and reduce debris ingress. The tongue is made of smooth, perforated microsuede that moulds to the foot and allows heat to escape when running at high intensity. This fit-lock system is complemented by an inner-foot binding technology that is activated via the laces and ensures unshakeable stability.
