Nike Pegasus 41 men's road running shoe. Springy Foam combined with snappy Air Zoom units delivers our most energetic running experience. The responsive cushioning in the Pegasus provides an energized feel for daily road runs. Two Air Zoom elements and a ReactX foam midsole offer optimal energy return at a lighter weight. The newly designed mesh upper makes the shoe lighter and enhances breathability.

The new, specially developed upper is made from breathable mesh. The ReactX foam midsole encases the Air Zoom elements in the forefoot and heel, providing an energized running sensation. The rubber outsole is inspired by the legendary waffle pattern, improving both traction and flexibility. A soft collar and insole provide a secure and comfortable fit.

The brand-new ReactX foam midsole is 13% more responsive than the previous React technology. The ReactX foam was designed with a focus on performance and sustainability. The CO2 footprint of two midsoles is reduced by at least 43%, as less energy is required for their production compared to the previous Nike React foam. The CO2 footprint of ReactX is based on a Cradle-to-Gate assessment verified by PRé Sustainability B.V. and Intertek China. Other midsole components such as airbags, plates, or other types of foam were not considered.
