This device is ideal for cold smoking meat, fish, and cheese. For optimal results, we recommend using fine wood chips. The smoking time is approximately 10 to 12 hours per load. The smoking spiral has a diameter of 18 cm and a height of 4 cm. The overall dimensions are 23 cm in length and 8 cm in height.
