The Access 2 tent is designed as the ultimate shelter for skiers, splitboarders and snowshoers. It is lighter than a mountaineering tent and warmer than our backpacking tents. Only a small part of the tent body is made of mesh fabric to keep the inside warm on cold winter nights. Its light and small packing volume makes the tent comfortable to carry. The interior is spacious, while the sturdy frame resists snow build-up. The tent pitches quickly and offers sufficient protection in less extreme conditions such as near the tree line. This makes it a perfect base for exploration into the rougher, higher snow areas.
