40-liter thermoelectric and compressor-operated cooling and freezing combination, 12/230 V. The Mobicool MB40 AC/DC benefits from two cooling systems: a compressor and a thermoelectric cooling unit. The latter powers the cooler when connected to the vehicle's 12 V battery, ensuring that the contents are reliably cooled from home to the campsite. An impressively affordable technical solution for an important practical feature. In compressor mode, the MB40 AC/DC cools and freezes at 230 V AC even in high ambient temperatures down to -15 °C, while the thermoelectric system cools to 20 °C below the ambient temperature. Thanks to enhanced insulation and a lid with a rubber seal and magnetic closure, up to 40 liters of contents are efficiently cooled. Additionally, the robust steel-coated housing and a maintenance-free fully hermetic cooling system ensure that this cooler always performs excellently.
