Additionally, the Foam Wave improves the shoe's stability without sacrificing flexibility, while the Smooth Stretch Woven wraps the foot in breathable comfort.

Mizuno Enerzy NXT: This shoe features Mizuno Enerzy NXT to offer more flexibility and high energy efficiency. The nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT is used in the upper part of the midsole.

Mizuno Wave: Foam Wave enhances stability while running without limiting flexibility.
