Mizuno Wave Rider 30

This shoe offers a running experience reminiscent of a cruise, thanks to a natural, fluid, and gentle weight transfer from the heel to the toes.

The nitrogen-enriched Mizuno Enerzy Nxt foam, integrated into the upper part of the midsole, provides exceptional energy return and cushioning. The lower part of the midsole is made from Mizuno Enerzy Nxt (without nitrogen) with varying degrees of firmness.

For the first time, it features a Mizuno Wave Plate that spans the entire length, marking a new chapter in the 30-year history of the WAVE RIDER series. It has an 8 mm drop, with sole heights ranging from 34.5 to 42.5 mm.

The combination of the new midsole foam, the new sole height, the new drop, and the full-length Mizuno Wave Plate delivers an ultimate running experience akin to a cruise.
