Product details

This shoe is an excellent choice for everyone, from beginners to marathon enthusiasts, who prefer moderate cushioning. The inclusion of Mizuno Enerzy NXT with nitrogen infusion allows this shoe to achieve a higher level of flexibility and energy return. It helps you transition smoothly from ground contact to push-off. The Mizuno Wave structure works together to promote forward dynamics and a gentle weight transfer.

Mizuno Enerzy NXT: The Mizuno Enerzy NXT with nitrogen infusion is used both above and below in the midsole to ensure great flexibility and high energy return.

Mizuno Wave: In addition to providing cushioning and stability, the Wave Plate promotes forward dynamics and a gentle weight transfer.

Features
Cushioning and energy return have been significantly improved by integrating Mizuno Enerzy NXT with nitrogen infusion throughout the midsole. Combined with the stability provided by Mizuno Wave, this allows for a smoother transition between ground contact and forward propulsion. The thickness of the midsole in the forefoot area has been increased by 2 mm to a drop of 10 mm, enhancing cushioning and energy release in the forefoot, thereby offering even more comfort during forward thrust.
