The design of the outsole, the outrigger construction, and the use of Mizuno Wave technology also aim to improve stability during play.

Mizuno Enerzy NXT is equipped in the heel area to ensure cushioning and energy return. The outsole in the midfoot area is designed with an extended contact zone, providing additional stability during play. A new shape is used along with a half-sock construction that makes tightening the laces easier and allows for a snug fit around the foot. The shoe opening area is designed with thicker padding to offer a soft and cushioned feel.

Mizuno Wave balances stability and cushioning in the heel area. The sole expands outward in the area of the little toe, providing additional support and stability.
