The Inspire 22 features a completely newly developed, nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT midsole – the perfect blend of cushioning and responsiveness. The heel drop has been reduced by 2 mm from the previous version, now at 8 mm, to provide a more natural running feel.
The Inspire 22 redefines the concept of stability trainers. Designed for runners with overpronation, the MIZUNO WAVE plate offers enhanced stability by preventing the arch of the foot from collapsing and allowing for a smooth weight transition. The breathable mesh upper ensures a secure and comfortable fit.
