The Inspire 22 features a completely redesigned midsole with nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT for exceptional cushioning and energy return. Designed for runners with overpronation, the MIZUNO WAVE plate provides increased stability by preventing the arch from collapsing and allowing for a smooth weight transition. The breathable mesh upper ensures a secure, comfortable fit.

Benefits

Sole – The Inspire 22 boasts a completely newly developed, nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT midsole, offering the perfect blend of cushioning and feedback. The heel drop has been reduced by 2 mm to 10 mm compared to the previous version, providing a more natural running feel.

MIZUNO WAVE (Support type) – The wave shape is designed for individuals with overpronation. The anatomical plate shape follows the contours of the foot, ensuring a smooth weight transition from ground contact to push-off.

Upper – The mesh upper provides excellent breathability and a comfortable fit.
