The heel wedge and the lower midsole are both made from MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM. Additionally, the foam wave construction provides stability, and there is a rock plate in the forefoot area for protection and shock absorption. The outsole features Vibram's Megagrip and Traction stud technology.
