Cheese culture from Milky for the production of rather crumbly sour milk cheese. By adding milk or other acids and the proper heating, the milk is coagulated.
Tip: For regular cheese production, it is advisable to use both the cheese culture and rennet, as the yield from the milk is greater.
Dosage: 1 packet per liter.
Store in a cool, dry place.
