Due to their multifunctionality, MFT discs can be used in health training, therapy and proprioceptive training for leisure or top-class sport. There are no limits to the imagination and application possibilities and the exercises are a welcome, healthy change for young and old and only take up a little time, namely only 10-15 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. The Fun Disc Classic is the ideal entry-level piece of equipment for anyone starting out with balancing. It can be used as a spinning top and rocking board. The studded airball prevents sliding on smooth surfaces. The Fun Disc is suitable for children's and school sports, therapy and rehabilitation, health and senior gymnastics.
