MET Veleno MIPS

The new Veleno MIPS – MET's most versatile helmet in the portfolio – is designed for use on any bike. It offers secure protection on the trail while being very lightweight and well-ventilated for long rides on or off the road. Suitable for all categories, the Veleno knows no limits.

MIPS Protection System
The MIPS-C2 head protection system allows the MET Veleno MIPS to slide over the head during a fall, helping to dissipate harmful rotational forces. MIPS is a safety system designed to provide additional protection beyond standard helmet construction in certain types of falls. The MIPS Brain Protection System is installed inside the helmet between the comfort padding and the EPS.
