MET Terranova MIPS

The Terranova features an enlarged head coverage compared to a conventional MTB helmet, making it particularly suitable for demanding all-mountain, trail, and e-MTB riders. Its construction and fit are inspired by the award-winning MET Roam, ensuring optimal wearing comfort. The injection-molded visor is adjustable without tools and designed to be flexible, preventing it from breaking in the event of a crash. This unique feature helps dissipate rotational forces that can affect the head and neck during a fall. Internal air channels maximize ventilation, providing a comfortable feel even on long rides. The Terranova, equipped with the MIPS-C2 brain protection system, was developed in close collaboration with MIPS to achieve highly efficient ventilation while enhancing the helmet's safety features. The helmet sits loosely on the head and effectively redirects rotational forces that occur in the event of a fall.
