Product details
Slow mobility is an essential part of the development of transportation in cities, especially to protect the environment and improve our lifestyle in urban areas. We have developed the new MET E-Mob Mips® with the needs of city riders in mind, who are more than ever reliant on safety and visibility.
The MET E-Mob Mips® is ideal for anyone commuting with or without electric assistance, and we have incorporated the best safety technologies and the highest testing standards to ensure that the E-Mob is the lightest certified helmet for e-bikes on the market.
It is well known that one can feel vulnerable while cycling in the city. We are working to enhance the safety of your daily rides. We have added a rechargeable USB LED rear light, along with reflective stickers, to increase your visibility on the road. Three modes are available: steady light, flashing light, and pulsing, allowing you to choose based on weather, time of day, and traffic conditions.
The NTA 8776 certification results from the increasing use of e-bikes as urban transport. The standard takes into account a higher average speed and thus higher impact energies in the event of an accident. To be compliant, the helmet must be able to dissipate more energy compared to standard helmets and also provides additional protection for the most sensitive areas: temples and neck. Simply put, the E-Mob is one of the safest and simultaneously lightest urban helmets in its class.
