The third version features a new, more supportive insole, a softer, cushioned midsole, a grippier Vibram outsole, and partially recycled materials. The waterproof GORE-TEX membrane is highly breathable. The upper is made of leather and mesh, and the laces are 100% recycled. A protective tongue keeps dirt and debris out, and the protective toe cap is made of rubber. The lining is made of 100% recycled mesh. The Kinetic Fit ADVANCED removable contoured insole provides enhanced heel cushioning, while the stabilizing midfoot bridge and Merrell Air Cushion in the heel absorb shocks. The EVA midsole ensures stability and comfort, and the Vibram TC5+ sole offers excellent traction.
