The Meindl Lugano is a model from the Meindl Comfort fit® line. These models are made using a comfortable, wider Comfort fit® last. This results in more volume, toe freedom, and increased ball width, allowing for a straight alignment of the big toe. Additionally, the narrow heel provides a perfect fit. The Meindl Comfort Hiker sole offers excellent grip on rough terrain while providing outstanding cushioning. The upper leather is made from waxed nubuck, making it robust and easy to care for. The glove-soft leather lining adds even more comfort. The Comfort fit® footbed made of cork and fleece is removable and features an extra shock absorber as an additional comfort factor.
