The realistically shaped torso of the Pro Fighter standing boxing trainer has a height of approximately 69 cm and a solid weight of up to about 130 kg (base filled with sand). The triple height adjustment meets even the highest demands. The patented Flex system allows the Pro Fighter standing boxing trainer to act and react like a real sparring partner. This not only trains punching power and endurance but also the coordination of punches and reactions to the counterattacks of the standing boxing trainer. It is particularly suitable when ceilings or walls make it impossible to hang a traditional punching bag.
