Product details
With its completely new profile design, the Minion DHR II is the ideal tire for aggressive gravity riding. Featuring the side knobs from the legendary Minion DHF, which have been adopted and widened for the DHR II, the DHR II grips corners like no other. The flat, angled center knobs enhance acceleration, while the notches provide a smooth transition when cornering. The paddle-shaped knobs in the center dig in during hard braking and stabilize the bike. Together with the Minion DHF in the front, the DHR II is the ultimate combination for fast trails.
Tubeless Ready: Tubeless tires offer many advantages. You can ride with lower air pressure, which provides more traction and reduces rolling resistance. Additionally, the risk of punctures decreases since there is no inner tube. Maxxis TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealant than other tubeless ready tires. The bead of Maxxis TR tires is completely covered with a rubber layer, just like a true UST tubeless tire. This ensures that tubeless mounting on all standard-sized rims is successful with the first inflation and minimal liquid.
EXO Protection: This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewalls of various MTB tires. It is tightly woven, lightweight, and very flexible. As a result, the tire performance remains impressively good.
Dual Compound: Two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread tire. Maxxis arranges the compounds based on the desired characteristics of the tires.
