430 euros is an announcement - but so is the weight, especially as the Taiss has a super torsion-resistant, edge-stable and sensitive sole that only builds up a little. It wears like an agile precision tool, which is also due to the flexible shaft. It can also be laced all the way to the front...

Product details
The new generation of mountaineering boots. Weighing only 550 grams, this is currently the lightest crampon-compatible mountaineering boot available. In alpine terrain, Mammut places great importance on lightness, durability, and performance. This shoe meets these demands thanks to perfectly coordinated materials and technologies. Mammut's developers have reduced the sole thickness while maintaining the same cushioning properties to provide you with optimal ground contact feel. Thanks to the reinforced midsole, Mammut continues to guarantee high performance. For added comfort, Mammut Georganic 3D ensures that all parts in contact with the foot are designed according to anatomical criteria. The elastic single tongue construction in the high shaft reduces pressure points on the top of the foot.
