The shaft made of suede provides stability, while the FlexFit system ensures mobility. The two-zone lacing and eyelets with ball bearings allow for a customized fit. Additionally, it features a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane, a Vibram outsole with aggressive braking and propulsion lugs, as well as a self-cleaning tread pattern and a comfortable midsole construction. Crampons with strap bindings can also be attached to the Ticam Evo GTX. When the sole wears out, the boots can be resoled, allowing you to keep going.

Whether an ambitious mountain hike, glacier crossing or tent tour: the Lowa Ticam Evo GTX (women's model: Lavena Evo GTX) impresses with its versatility. Despite its high weight (1680 g), it is very comfortable to wear thanks to the rounded sole and the flexible shaft in the walking direction - which offers plenty of lateral support. Price: 300 euros.
