Care for LeMieux Simuwool:
Remove hair, dirt, and dried sweat with a stiff brush. Machine wash at 30° on a cold/wool cycle or hand wash. Use a wool detergent. Make sure all hook and loop systems are securely fastened before washing. Flatten the fabric after washing. Air dry. Never tumble dry. Avoid using strong fabric softeners. Warning: In rare cases, the dye from black wool items may bleed, resulting in a slight blue tint. Stains on the coats of grey horses may occur.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Leaving your leather dirty, wet, or drying it too quickly can cause stiffening and cracking. After daily use, lightly wipe with warm water and saddle soap. Allow to air dry. For a deep clean, disassemble. Clean thoroughly with warm water and high-quality saddle soap. Allow to air dry.
