The Leki Instructor Lite are versatile Nordic walking poles made of aluminum and carbon. The length can be adjusted steplessly at any time using the integrated SpeedLock 2 locking system. With the removable Trigger S Shark 2.0 wrist strap made of breathable mesh fabric, these telescopic poles are ideal for daily walking. A thread at the flexible tip allows for the replacement of the baskets. The Leki Instructor Lite Nordic walking poles come with attachable PowerGrips that can be used when exercising in the city.
