Lake MXZ120

The MXZ120 is our first winter model based on our Comfort Plus last. This classic hiking shoe is SPD-compatible, waterproof, warm, and breathable. The semi-flexible nylon sole provides the same comfort on and off the bike, and the naturally shaped toe box offers ample space for your favorite winter socks.

Size suggestion: For use with winter shoes, we recommend ordering 1 to 1.5 sizes larger than your usual Lake cycling shoe size.

COMFORT PLUS SHOE COVERS

Shape: MX Comfort Plus Last - Equipped with a wider toe box and a unique construction that offers a lightweight and extremely breathable shoe. The generous front platform adapts to a variety of foot shapes.

Outsole: Enduro sole made of genuine rubber and SPD-compatible, comfortable EVA with a semi-rigid nylon midsole. Featuring Lake's legendary fiberglass-reinforced nylon sole and a completely new design that provides incredible grip and durability for all-day cycling.

Lining: Waterproof full-grain leather with abrasion-resistant and water-repellent Helcor protection panels. Lined with temperature-regulating Outlast material and Thinsulate insulation.

Closure: Laces

Temperature rating: Down to -10°C

Water resistance: The upper materials are treated with a durable water-repellent coating (DWR) that wears off over time. We recommend reapplying a DWR spray once or twice a year for occasional riders and every 2 to 3 wet rides for everyday cyclists.
