Lake has further developed the CX237 and improved the performance and durability of the popular road shoe with the Lake CX238 Road Shoe. Shaped for a better, more comfortable fit, the Competition last increases the toe and heel angle, allowing the foot to expand under high pedalling pressure. The shoe is supported by the Lake Race carbon fibre sole, which offers impressive stiffness and power transfer at a low weight. To protect the shoe from premature wear, the full-grain leather upper features a plate at the heel and a rubber bumper at the toe, as well as mesh inserts for good ventilation. The wider forefoot of the Lake CX238 is designed for high-pressure riding and provides the relief you need to focus on the road.
