Ultra Raptor II Woman is the updated version of the popular Ultra Raptor model, a trail running shoe designed for off-road routes over long distances and extended training sessions. The highly breathable upper made of Air-Mesh fabric features an integrated cushioning plate called "Endurance Platform" made of soft EVA with varying thickness (thicker at the toe, thinner at the heel) for maximum shock absorption in any situation and reduction of ramp angles. The rear stabilizing heel insert allows for perfect control on cross passages. The lacing system is integrated with the upper through eyelets sewn onto the inner elastic fabric and reinforced with hard plastic on the outer mesh: this system distributes the tension of the lacing across the entire upper for maximum comfort. The shoelaces and the Ortholite Hybrid insole are also made from recycled materials. Ultra Raptor II is also available in a comfort wide-fit version for runners with wider feet.
