Low-cut footwear of a new generation for fast hikes. It utilizes solutions that are part of the La Sportiva DNA and combines them with concepts and technologies from the Mountain Running world. The product is versatile and, thanks to the new GORE-TEX SURROUND technology, waterproof. The Spire is an almost hiking mountain shoe that offers an exclusive solution for total breathability, as the ventilation surface of the upper, insole, and midsole made of EVA has been increased with perforated TPU on the sides. The ventilation channels visible along the side of the midsole are protected by a small, highly resistant mono-bava nylon mesh to prevent the ingress of small stones and debris. The mid-cut upper is constructed with the Nano-Cells 2.0 structure, which consists of super breathable small cells and works in conjunction with the GORE-TEX SURROUND for enhanced breathability. The lower part of the shoe is integrated with the Stability Control System, which provides anti-torsion stabilization and incorporates the ventilation channels of the GORE-TEX SURROUND technology.
