The Karakorum Trek GTX is a robust mountain boot made from leather. It is suitable for traditional mountaineering and demanding trekking tours where crampons are occasionally required. It is a reliable and versatile companion in the mountains. The high collar with two hooks improves ankle protection and provides greater stability. The robust upper is made from a single 2.8 mm piece of leather with a water-repellent treatment. The Gore-Tex lining makes the trekking shoe waterproof and breathable. The grippy Vibram sole with Impact Brake System provides shock absorption and helps when descending on rough terrain.
