This works synergistically with three different elements of the upper for perfect wrapping and stability of the foot, for a safe and precise downhill run. The heart of the lacing system is the internal Dynamic Flap™ that wraps the shoe and allows dynamic tension adjustment of the whole system with direct action with one hand on the BOA® Fit System. The protective TPU toe and multi-layer heat bonded side panel provide structure and impact protection. The mud-ground outsole, ideal for use on soft and muddy terrain, is made of high-grip La Sportiva FriXion® White compound and provides for the possibility of integrating AT Grip spike lugs when used on icy terrain. The midsole in dual density EVA with stabilisation insert contributes to the overall stability of the shoe and reduces weight. Cyklon: float like a butterfly, run like the wind.
