La Sportiva Akasha II

Technical and aesthetic overhaul of the Endurance, a super-cushioning Mountain Running® shoe designed for long distances, ultramarathons, and extended training sessions. The Akasha, from the La Sportiva Mountain Running® line, is intended for endurance competitions and is perfect for long-distance runs, ultramarathons, ultra-trails, and longer training sessions. Comfort is achieved through cushioning, the Cushion Platform™ insole, and the wider interior volume. The soft, breathable upper with a slip-on construction prevents pressure points while running. The rear Dynamic ProTechTion™ reinforcements provide protection and structure by dynamically supporting the movement of the foot. The grippy FriXion® Red sole with a dual compound is equipped with the innovative Trail Rocker™ solution, which supports the natural rolling motion "heel outside - toe inside" during running. The laces and the Ortholite® Hybrid insole are made from recycled materials. Akasha II: the ultrarunner's code is expressed through protection, comfort, and cushioning.
