Maximum durability and lightness are achieved with the new sole/midsole unit featuring an external Rubber Guard™ shell construction and internal foam for more cushioning and reduced rubber layers. The sole includes a Vibram® outsole with Impact Brake System lugs for better adaptation to hard rock surfaces. The upper is made of water-repellent nubuck leather, with a bellows tongue and soft protective collar for maximum comfort. Designed for multi-day high-altitude tours, ideal for demanding mountaineering. Ergonomic shape, snug and precise, with integrated TPU shells at the toe and heel for shaft reinforcement. The 3D Flex System Evo™ rotation features a molded ankle and is protected by an abrasion-resistant TPU layer, allowing for better step control and perfect ankle mobility. The midsole is compatible with semi-automatic crampons for ice or snow.
