1. After the game, you should wash your sportswear immediately or, if that's not possible, let it dry outdoors.
2. Machine wash: Turn the clothing inside out and wash at a maximum of 30 °C.
3. For hand washing, follow these steps: Add 2 liters of lukewarm water and half a capful of mild detergent without fabric softener to the sink or a bowl. Gently rub the garment, rinse, wring out, and if possible, let it dry outdoors.
