The incline bench allows you to train your core and back muscles and is suitable for exercises such as leg lifts and sit-ups - there are no limits to your creativity. All bars intended for pull-ups are made of solid, hot-dip galvanised steel bars. The handles are available in 4 heights: 48 cm, 76 cm, 104 cm and 132 cm.
