The inclined bench allows for training of the core and back muscles and is suitable for exercises such as leg lifts and sit-ups—there are no limits to creativity here. All bars intended for pull-ups are made of solid, hot-dip galvanized steel. The grips are positioned at four heights: 48 cm, 76 cm, 104 cm, and 132 cm. This allows for variation in the difficulty level of exercises, adapting to any training level.

Non-slip surface for safe training sessions. The surface of the inclined bench is made of Ekogrip panels, which consist of 15 mm polyethylene with a 3 mm thick top layer of thermoplastic rubber. This ensures a non-slip surface and comfortable training in any weather.

Includes an information board for an overview of exercises. The information board is made of polyamide and displays the main exercises. It also includes a QR code. When users scan this with their smartphone, athletes receive animated representations of the various exercises as well as the option to download the Kompan app. The app provides additional exercises and workouts.
