Note on the lid's leak-proofness: To ensure the Café Cap is leak-proof, turn the wheel on the inside all the way to the right until it no longer clicks, holding the opposite side in place. Only then is the lid leak-proof. To clean, turn the wheel back to the left, and you can take the parts apart and clean them. When reassembling, turn it back to the right until it no longer clicks.
