Note on the lid's leak-proofness: To ensure the Café Cap is leak-proof, turn the wheel on the inside to the right until it no longer clicks, holding the opposite side in place. Only then is the lid leak-proof. To clean, turn the wheel back to the left; you can then take the parts apart and clean them. When reassembling, turn it to the right until it no longer clicks.
