Kettler Unix Px

The newly developed Kettler Crosstrainer Unix Px replaces the Satura P EXT. Like the Satura P EXT, the Unix P features Kettler's Extended Motion Technology (EXT). Kettler Crosstrainers equipped with Extended Motion Technology have an additional joint at the rear drive unit. This additional joint allows for a simultaneous extension and flattening of the elliptical motion. The Unix Px has a stride length of 48 cm and an elliptical height of only 14 cm. This particularly flat ellipse creates a walking-like movement pattern. With this flat movement pattern, the knees need to be only slightly bent during training on the Unix Px. Additionally, it prevents improper loading in the hip area. Moreover, it reduces impact stress on the joints and the spine. For these reasons, the Extended Motion Technology is especially recommended for individuals with health limitations in the intervertebral discs or knee areas.
