Kerbl Calf blanket ThermoPlus, 80cm

The ThermoPlus calf blanket from Kerbl is made of tear-resistant 600 Denier polyester ripstop and features a 200 g polyfleece filling. This filling provides optimal protection even in extreme outdoor temperatures and unexpected weather changes. The breathable properties prevent excessive sweating. The blanket has an anatomical chest and belly closure, as well as stable fasteners with additional Velcro security. When temperatures drop below +10 °C, the risk of illness increases, so calves should wear the blanket at this temperature. This supports the immune system in the first days and helps prevent diarrhea issues and other health disturbances. It is also recommended that newborn calves wear the blanket for the first weeks or longer to avoid cold stress.

Application:
The blankets are generally wearable for 3 to 4 weeks, and longer if needed. However, they are not suitable for group housing.
