The sturdy, slip-resistant rubber sole of the shoe is very flexible, allowing for anatomical rolling and thus protecting the joints. Matching calf chaps "Remus" are available. Oiled leather signifies suppleness and durability. During the tanning process, the leather is treated with high-quality plant-based oils. This opens the pores of the leather, allowing the oil to penetrate deeply into several layers. This results in a slightly memorized effect, which is particularly visible in brown leather.
