With a wide grip spacing of 110 cm, a medium one of 60 cm and a narrow one of 20 cm, the pull-up bar can be used for different exercises. The multifunctional design allows easy conversion from a pull-up bar to a parallel bar during workouts. It is also possible to hang a punching bag from a clamping hook on the pull-up bar.
